A book talk with Dr. Marisela Chavez, director of the Faculty Development Center at CSUDH, and professor of Chicana and Chicano studies. Dr. Chavez will discuss her latest book, Chicana Liberation, Women and Mexican American Politics in Los Angeles, 1945-1981.

Make your iPad your makeshift laptop with these apps! This workshop is designed to introduce participants to mobile versions of applications from Microsoft Suite and more. This workshop will go over Focus Mode, GETMobile, Canvas, Microsoft Office Suite Apps such as, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, OneDrive, and LinkedIn Learning. Participants will learn how to make documents they are familiar with on their iPad to utilize more efficient workspace.

Please join WGSS and LGBT Political History for the third installment of the annual "Agitate, Educate, Organize" Women's History series, featuring Lynn Harris Ballen. Lynn (she/ they) is an activist, writer, radio host, and producer, steering committee member for Circa: Queer Histories Festival, co-founder of an educational non-profit, founding member of LEX, Dyke Day LA organizer, and curator for a number of historical exhibits.
